  Publication of Orders and Environmental Statement

 

 

On the 23rd April 2004, the Draft Orders and an Environmental Statement for the A404/M40 Handy Cross Junction Improvement were published under the Highways Act 1980 and the Acquisition of Land Act 1981.

The Draft Orders announce the preferred proposals for the A404/M40 Handy Cross Junction Improvement, following a public exhibition of the proposals held at Bassetsbury Manor (High Wycombe) on the 5th & 6th December 2003.

A six-week period for members of the public to comment on the draft orders starts on 23rd April 2004 and finishes on 4th June 2004.

If you wish to make any comments on the Draft Orders, please put your comments in writing to the Highways Agency at the following address (any comments you make at this stage will not affect your right to object at a later stage):
